“Nesting”
All Snowbirds need a place to stay. For annual Snowbirds, this may not be a problem. You may have decided a long time ago to buy a place of your own. Others of you may nest at the same motel, the same condo complex, or the same house that you’ve stayed at year after year.
First-Timer Snowbirds may have more of a problem finding what they want. Some may rent and send deposits sight unseen. Risky! Others may ask friends up north if they know of any “good places”. What was “good” last year may not necessarily be “good” this year.
Rick Steves, on the popular European travel TV show encourages tourists to go to small towns off the beaten track to get a better flavor of the area. Believe it or not, there are less “touristy” places to stay even here in popular Pinellas County. I know of one that’s still considered a “secret”! No matter where you stay in this County, you’re close to a beach, fishing, restaurants, arts and entertainment. No worries when it comes to that!
First-Timer’s may feel more comfortable on popular and well known St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, or Madeira Beach. There are beach communities up and down the Gulf coast of Pinellas to choose from. Some may wish to stay on the eastern side of our peninsula on the shores of Tampa Bay in the City of St. Petersburg. It all depends on what you’re looking for.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone check out the location you’re thinking about, and the nest you’ll be staying in BEFORE you reserve it, and/or put a deposit down on it?

Through individual consultation Agreements, we will arrange to have you send us your nesting requirements, and we’ll help you to find the ones that are most likely to meet your needs. If you have very specific demands, it will be tough to find that perfect nest from your out of state or out of country location.
