When a new ward is appointed, it would be beneficial to have us do a full assessment of needs. The assessment covers physical and mental health conditions, financial situations, and legal preparedness. Nursing experience enables us to better understand the needs of your client now, and more importantly, in the future. This will help guide your decision making with regard to other services which may be needed.
Senior Solutions is most interested in quality of care by those providing services to Seniors. When referrals are made to facilities, other professionals, or businesses, you can be assured that Senior Solutions has evaluated them for suitability.
Remember, Senior Solutions will not refer to anyone who does not meet the following standards: "Would I feel secure in having my own parents live here"? "Would this person treat mom and dad with the respect and dignity that they deserve"? "Does this business have a genuine concern about providing quality care or service"? If the answer is NO to any of the above, that facility, business, or professional, won't be referred.
Senior Solutions has a data bank of information pertaining to healthcare facilities throughout Pinellas County. When a ward needs to be placed into a health care facility, contact and schedule an appointment for an assessment. Your ward's unique set of circumstances will be reviewed and referral to those facilities which best meet their needs can be made.
Do you have a ward in a facility but are not satisfied with the care they are receiving? Call us. Do you have a ward in a facility that is inappropriate for them? Call us. Doing so saves you precious time and ensures that your wards will be moving to facilities that provide quality care.
